HUMAN Entertainment was a Japan-based video game company that was active from 1983 until 1999, when they filed for bankruptcy, and then went defunct in January of 2000. Many of the developers from HUMAN went on to create their own company, Spike, which is still active today.

HUMAN's most popular games include the Fire Pro-Wrestling series and the Clock Tower series.
Bankruptcy
In January 2000, Human Corporation declared bankruptcy after failing to negotiate a restructuring deal over the 3.79 billion yen (as of November 1999) outstanding debt.
Assets
